Initiated in FY 2024\u201325, the project reached 1,500 farmers across three Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), with a focus on improving soil health, promoting efficient use of agricultural inputs, building farmer capacities, and strengthening access to markets.<\/p>\n          <p>The initiative included soil testing and customized nutrient management, village-level training and crop demonstrations, along with support for collective marketing and value addition, particularly for menthol crops. Through these interventions, the project aimed to improve productivity, reduce input costs, enhance market access, and ultimately increase farm profitability. Every year, Cropnosys India brings its employees together for an Animal Welfare Volunteer Day in collaboration with CUPA (Compassion Unlimited Plus Action) and SMS NGO. Teams stepped away from their everyday roles to spend time caring for animals in need. Volunteers took part in cleaning and bathing animals, maintaining hygiene, assisting with routine care, and helping keep their surroundings clean and comfortable.<\/p>\n          <p>The day was centred on the small, essential acts that make a difference to an animal&#8217;s everyday experience. Working alongside the teams who care for the animals, Cropnosys volunteers contributed their time and effort to activities that require patience, attention, and care. Holi colours crafted by the artisans were purchased for the occasion, bringing their work into the celebrations while creating a direct source of livelihood.<\/p>\n          <p>The initiative gave their craftsmanship a place beyond the workshop, allowing their creativity to be appreciated and their work to be valued. AMBA&#8217;s work challenged preconceived notions about their abilities and highlighted the many possibilities that could emerge when individuals were given the right environment and encouragement. Its approach placed dignity, inclusion, and individual potential at the centre, encouraging families and communities to see ability beyond conventional limitations.<\/p>\n          <p>Through the partnership, Cropnosys India contributed to AMBA&#8217;s work towards creating greater awareness and inclusion for adults with developmental delays.
